There are 7 EO’s in this blend, each representing one of the seven chakras. I blended these in sequence, from root to crown:
Black pepper for ROOT
Narcissus for SACRAL
Fennel for SOLAR
Yarrow for HEART
Geranium for THROAT
Cypress for THIRD EYE
Elemi for CROWN
Do not use unless you are working on energy balancing so that you save the scent association for this work. It will become an automatic signal to your central nervous system to soften, align, and open.
