Deep Roots Balm

This soothing Deep Roots Balm is crafted with my Deep Roots Perfume and blended with babassu oil, beeswax, cocoa beans, avocado butter, and shea butter. Deep Roots is a grounding blend of styrax, pink peppercorn, myrtle, vetiver, and amber. It also contains a very special oil, rau ram – a Vietnamese type of coriander that brings love and protection. This balm calls you into the liminal space – known as the betwixt or between space – and it carries the mysterious energy of twilight, dawn, and dusk. Liminal is the “they” space. It’s not this, or that. It’s flexible, and it’s everything and nothing at the same time. I crafted Deep Roots to help you embody that feeling of perfect fluidity. No matter where you are on your journey, this balm will keep your skin soft and smooth, and help you find comfort during the “between” phases of life, reminding you that you can always find home in your deepest roots.

The deeper magic of my Deep Roots Balm

My Deep Roots Balm is made with a moisturizing base of babassu oil, beeswax, cocoa beans, avocado butter, and shea butter. It contains the same notes as Deep Roots Perfume plus amber. Styrax stimulates both the Sacral Chakra and Root Chakra, bringing energy and stability. It strengthens psychic abilities and helps you move between realms with ease and stability. Pink peppercorn is protective and purifying, and it boosts the power of spiritual work. It eases stress and tension, revitalizes physical energy, and is also an aphrodisiac. Myrtle is a prosperity oil that attracts prosperity through grounded manifestation. It’s a sacred fragrance to Venus that attracts positive vibrations and is excellent for divination and prophecy. Vetiver, also known as ruh khus, encourages honor and wisdom and helps you maintain calm in the face of adversity. It brings protection and roots you deeply in Mother Earth. And now for the most special ingredient: Rau ram, a Vietnamese form of coriander. Rau ram is an enlightening love and protection oil for the mind and body. It activates the Solar Plexus Chakra, amplifying your confidence and willpower. Amber brings balance, protection, harmony, and inspiration to the soul. It’s regarded as a “fire stone” or “fire oil” and associated with the Sun. Amber connects you with your inner force of will, calling in the warmth that light energy can bring, making you feel more secure and emboldened.

My Deep Roots Balm is infused with a tree agate chip stone for stability, grounding, peace, and ancestral wisdom. Tree agate also connects you with Druid magic. This balm is also topped with vetiver. Vetiver provides a powerful sense of balance for the mind, body, and soul. Its long, thick roots and earthy fragrance offer protection, rooting you deeply in Mother Earth.
