How to work with this Hot & Cold Neck Wrap

Apply this Hot & Cold Neck Wrap to stiff and aching muscles in your neck, shoulders, or anywhere else on your body that could use its soothing properties.

For heated use: Place your heated neck wrap flat in the microwave for 1 minute (ensure the microwave is clean). Remove it from the microwave and check the heat level. If it’s not warm enough, add time in 30-second increments, checking the temperature after each. Do not overheat.

For cooled use: Place your neck pad in the freezer for 1 hour, then apply it to any swelling or muscle aches in the neck area or anywhere else needed. It’s also fantastic as a cooling pad during the summer!
