As many of you know, this is my favorite time of year, and right now my team and I are racing to prepare ourselves for the Fall Equinox. What better way to celebrate this beautiful time of harvest and thanksgiving than with my Harvest smudge bundle? This bundle, which was wrapped right here at SGHQ, incorporates white sage and delicate fall-colored flowers to capture and honor the mysterious beauty of autumn.
The deeper magic of these Harvest smudge bundles
Sage has been considered a sacred herb for centuries, and is traditionally burned to clear and consecrate a space. The smoke of white sage is said to draw positive spirits and discourage the presence of any unwanted energy. I burn sage whenever I feel like a space is harboring negative energy, or energy that simply isn’t mine. Doing this dispels those unwanted vibrations and allows space for positive energy to flow freely through.
