This topaz bracelet is even more dazzling in person. I did have the same issue with one side clasp not latching. Since sterling silver is easily bendable I used needle nose pliers to pinch it closed and it now latches perfectly.

Looks nice but quality is not what I expected, submitted email to S.G to see what they can do on the issue of the clasps not working in one day it fell off 3 times due to even the main clasp did not hold and of course the 2 fasteners on the sides never worked, very sad with my purchase. Also rough corners on the stones
