My Breathe Easy Bath Salt is BACK! I created this soothing blend to help you alleviate sinus congestion with an all-natural, healing bath time remedy. And I’m SO excited to offer it in our new and improved bath salt packaging that features a wooden spoon for scooping and a container that holds more bath salt!

This blend was handcrafted right here at Sage Goddess Headquarters with purifying Epsom, pink Himalayan, and European sea salt. It’s infused with an SG favorite, my Breathe Easy Essential Oil Blend, which includes notes of rosemary for healing, frankincense for purification, lemon for spiritual cleansing, and juniper berry for grounding. Each container is also infused with a tumbled bloodstone for pain relief and protection. Incorporate this bath salt into your self-care rituals to cleanse your body, mind, and soul, promote wellness, and breathe a bit easier!

The deeper magic of my Breathe Easy Bath Salt

The magic of this bath salt lies in its ingredients.

• Epsom salt is a naturally occurring type of salt made up of magnesium and sulfate. It’s been used for centuries and helps you release any negative energy you may have picked up throughout the day, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, clear, and grounded.
• Pink Himalayan salt is a mineral that was part of the primordial sea, buried underwater for more than 300 million years as it formed. These salt crystals were exposed as the Himalayan mountains rose from the Earth. Pink Himalayan salt releases negative ions to counteract the positive ions of the dust, pollutants, and allergens that surround us. The pink color of this salt adds properties of universal love and resonates with the Heart Chakra. It symbolizes friendship, peace, affection, and gentleness and is feminine in nature.
• European sea salt comes from the Mediterranean Sea, where the salt crystals are harvested using the ancient method of solar evaporation. It’s all-natural and one of the purest salts in the world, making it amazing for detoxifying the body and spirit.
• Rosemary brings healing, protection, and purification. It enhances clarity and is energizing and uplifting. Rosemary also attracts love and connects you with the angelic realms.
