In September Living Magic, we’re focusing on the magic of mindfulness and being in the present moment. We’ll be learning about various practices that help you stay grounded in the here and now, including sound healing meditation and working on a special project that requires your mind to remain rooted in the present moment. Buddha is the quintessence of enlightenment. He calls us to send out love, compassion, and light and to exist in a state of mindfulness. He is zen, peaceful, still, and quiet from deep within. Buddha’s legacy lives on as one of light and plentitude, and representations of his figure are believed to bring happiness and good fortune to any space.
