The process of creating this mist was months in the making. Instead of a classic carrier oil like jojoba oil or ethyl-alcohol, our carrier is a luxurious gemstone-infused hydrosol blend of cedar leaf, white rose, and juniper berry. After charging, this hydrosol infusion was blended with woody, earthy notes of oakmoss, benzoin, tobacco, palo santo, rose, birch, and immortelle. It’s also infused with 24-carat gold flakes to conduct energy and boost your life force and a clear quartz chip stone for amplified magic. This offering comes in a custom-made black bottle with an atomizer.

Each month at SG, we’re blending a super-special Living Essence Mist as a part of our Living Scent series to support a different intention. The deeper magic of my October 2023 Living Essence Mist

We formulated this mist to be super long-lasting so that anything it touches will hold the scent for days. The magic of this blend lies in its ingredients:

• Cedar leaf cleanses, protects, and preserves. It also fosters determination, discipline, and psychic ability — it’s a magical powerhouse.
• White rose symbolizes purity, spiritual growth, transformation, and duality.
• Juniper berry is purifying, healing, and regenerating. It’s a potent bringer of protection, peace, centeredness, and balance. It helps you stay grounded and focused and creates a space of safety and comfort.
• Oakmoss embodies ancient forests and is comforting and stabilizing. It enhances sensitivity and awareness, strengthens intentions, and helps you release past wounds.
• Benzoin is revered as ‘The Holder’ of energies. It’s relaxing and opens the soul to prosperity, allowing your spirit guides to take hold and offer new pathways.
• Tobacco has been used by indigenous peoples in spiritual ceremonies and vision questing for thousands of years to connect to Earth and Sky, bridging material and spiritual worlds. It’s a sacred herb of prayer, protection, purification, respect, peace, gratitude, and ancestor connection.
• Palo santo is physically and spiritually cleansing, enhances clarity, restores tranquility, promotes joy, and inspires creativity. It also deepens your connection with Divine Source and enhances meditation.
• Rose has one of the highest vibrational frequencies of all plants. It encourages soul connection, opens channels of receptivity, and is a flower of promises, new beginnings, hope, healing, happiness, and commitment.
• Birch purifies the auric field, helps you release energy that no longer serves you, and assists in calling your energy back to you. It’s grounding and centering and facilitates the renewal of your sense of self and power.
• Immortelle, also known as helichrysum, brings calm, encourages creativity, and heals the emotional body. It enhances channeling and connection to spirit guides, and is ideal for scrying.

At Sage Goddess, we only use sustainably sourced palo santo wood and oils. Our Peruvian partners only harvest wood that has died naturally and has been dead for at least 5 years. We never harm living trees! The dead wood is collected, cleaned, and cut by hand. In addition, we are committed to replanting trees in the forests where we find our wood. This ensures that our palo santo forests are not susceptible to over-harvesting.

To add to the magic, I’m infusing and charging the mother bottle of hydrosol with different gemstones to support our intentions every month.
