We just unpacked this INCREDIBLE Handpainted Mini Djembe Peace Drum from our time at the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show, and it comes from Bali. According to the Bambara people in Mali, the word djembe originates from the saying, “Anke dje, anke bé,” meaning, “Everyone, gather together in peace.” The word “dje” means “to gather,” and “bé” is peace – and the harmonious union of the people is exactly what these drums symbolize. Drumming has been used in many cultures for centuries, and it’s a sacred ritual in many spiritual traditions and practices. If you enjoy incorporating sound healing into your spiritual practice, this drum is for you.

The deeper magic of this Handpainted Mini Djembe Peace Drum
Music triggers our pleasure centers, releasing dopamine – a “feel happy” neurotransmitter. It is cute. But it arrived with a smear of sticky glue residue on the head, smack in the center. Annoying and it left a mark.
