The deeper magic of this Healing African Bloodstone Pendulum

African bloodstone is my favorite stone for pain relief and my go-to stone for healing of any kind. It’s also protective and rejuvenating and gives you the courage to face challenges and move through difficult times with resilience and resolve. African bloodstone, also known as setonite, is primarily found in South Africa. It’s a variety of deep-green chalcedony, a crypto-crystalline quartz, with red jasper flecks. The drops of red that look like blood are really just iron oxide inclusions. Clear quartz activates the Soul Star Chakra, your connection to the stars and other dimensions. It possesses a high vibration that immediately draws people in and can be used to magnify frequencies of abundance, light, and love – or any intention you want to manifest.

The key to working with a pendulum is building a relationship with it. Not every pendulum works with every person – you’ve got to develop a connection. The more you work with it, the more it works for you. And like any good relationship, it might take a little time. A great place to start is simply to ask your pendulum how it wants to communicate with you. You can ask, “what does ‘yes’ look like?” My pendulum happens to swing from north to south for “yes,” but yours might feel differently.
