Blue rose quartz is a type of quartz in-between girasol and rose quartz. In certain light, it reflects a blue hue, and in others, it reflects pink. When you hold this stone up to the light it creates a golden glow. Blue rose quartz is found in Madagascar and has formed in close proximity to blue-green beryl, an aquamarine crystal, ultimately affecting its color. This gem activates the Heart Chakra, bringing deep peace and understanding, healing, compassion, and comfort to those who work with it.

Girasol is a variety of rose quartz, light and opalescent, but translucent and gorgeous. Girasol expands the aura, activates the Heart Chakra, and establishes communication with the Divine. It brings the energy of renewal to love in your life. Girasol opens lines of communication in relationships, unlike any other stone. It also brings peace, deep tranquility, and calm understanding. Rose quartz is the Mother of all love stones and one of my favorites for heart healing and manifesting all kinds of love.
