All-around wellness is yours with this gorgeous Gentle Healing, Love, and Protection Mala! This mala features 108 beads plus a guru bead carved from rose quartz, prehnite with epidote, and bloodstone – potent gemstones for heart healing, rejuvenation, and security. This beautiful prayer tool is hand-knotted and comes with a Chinese silk tassel in four sweet shades of green. Rose quartz is the Mother of all love stones and one of my favorites for heart healing and manifesting all kinds of love. Prehnite is the healer’s stone and holds you as you hold others, bringing you comfort and peace. And with the added benefit of grounding, protection, and manifestation that epidote brings, you have a powerful tool dedicated to your well-being. Bloodstone is my go-to stone for healing of any kind. It strengthens the Root Chakra and promotes closure and healing in emotional situations. Malas are beautiful tools to work with for deeper contemplation and focus and even to wear as sacred adornments. Wearing or holding one will bring about higher consciousness and balance, as well as an awakening of the spiritual body.
The deeper magic of this Gentle Healing, Love, and Protection Mala
Traditionally, a mala is a strand of 108 beads used in meditation and prayer. Mala means “garland” in Sanskrit, and the 108 beads are spiritually significant in India. 108 represents the whole of the universe, according to Vedic cosmology. There are 108 letters used in the Sanskrit alphabet, 108 sacred texts of the Upanishads, 108 holy sites in India, and many more correspondences.
If you love Love, rose quartz speaks your frequency. It’s the Mother of all love stones – perfect for heart healing, Heart Chakra opening, and attracting and magnifying love of all kinds. Rose quartz is especially connected with universal, unconditional, agape love. It brings peace, reawakens trust, and dissolves negativity. Prehnite is the gem that heals the healer and epidote is an attraction stone, manifesting more of what you already have. Not all prehnite comes with epidote. Epidote is extremely expensive, only found with prehnite in rare pockets. To find the two together in this shade is a special treat. Prehnite activates the Heart Chakra and helps stabilize the flow of energy in the body, reducing anxious energy. Epidote is a protective and grounding Heart Chakra stone that’s an equally powerful manifestation gem. Bloodstone brings relief from pain and promotes rejuvenation, endurance, and protection. Finally got my first SG Mala and it’s just divine. I knew when I ordered it that it would full of beautiful energy upon coming into my life because of the great care that goes into the products and tools offered through SG.
I’ve never chose to work with rose quarts the times I have used it on my body I would get a head ache, every time, no joke
But recently in the preparation for my upcoming wedding rose quarts among others have been coming into my energy field. I’ve been hesitant. I haven’t even worn the Mala yet, I’m waiting until my wedding day but I am praying with it. I spray the silk with the moon goddess perfume from SG and it’s intoxicating. So so sexy and soothing.

I have had my eye on this one since it came out! I was sad when I found out that half of the beads on the mala I had at home were not real beads… (not from SG) and have wanted a healing mala to do my mantra with in the mornings. This is beautiful and has such a soothing energy!! I love it!! It’s perfect! I even put my favorite perfume (1111) on the silk and now my room smells divine!!

This is my first mala. While I have nothing to compare it to, physically, I can say it looks much nicer than the ones I’m seeing on Etsy. The stones beads are individually knotted, which means should I ever break it, they won’t go flying everywhere. Such an important detail that not all malas have.
I enjoy the combination of healing stones that make up the piece. Who can’t use a little bloodstone, prehnite with epidote, and rose quartz in their life?
One of my favorite parts is the tassel at the bottom being made from sari silk. This is SO MUCH NICER than the scrawny looking fringe-y tassels I normally see on malas. Athena mentioned in the live video that one of the reasons for this is to be able to apply some of her fragrances/essential oils to the fabric, for an additional level of healing. I definitely intend to try this.
My experience with this mala was so good that I went back and bought another of her mala offerings after receiving it. I highly recommend this to anyone who feels called to it. The price is also lower than most on Etsy, that appear to be of a lower quality. Such a good value.
