This gorgeous ombre green bowl was custom-made just for Sage Goddess and is tuned to the F note based on the 432 Hz scale. Singing bowls are beautiful tools that produce high vibrational frequencies transmitted through sound healing. They’ve been used in spiritual ceremonies and practices for centuries. This bowl is tuned to the F note in the 432 Hz scale. Our bodies function in harmonic balance, and sound affects us at both the conscious and unconscious levels. I was in Soul Shift when Athena announced she’d be making these and I vowed then and there I would collect them all. Despite unemployment, I have been doing just that. I remember her saying that these bowls will start to “sing” just by running the mallet around them. If I understood her correctly, not all bowls can do such a great job if you use that approach. The sound is fantastic and can get pretty loud, so much so that I have to ease up so I don’t freak out the neighbors! I am so happy I have them!! I also appreciate how they are color-coded according to chakra color.

I love it and it is so easy to play. I am working on getting all the crystal singing bowls. It helps me to relax & reduce my stress. As I play it, it helps me to deal with the health issues of the broken heart syndrome.
