July is here, bringing with it the deep healing, balancing, passion, and power of fiery ruby. This magnificent deep red gem is the birthstone of July, and a totem of the Root Chakra. It is one of the most beautiful gems in the world. It has been prized by royalty for centuries, known as the Queen of Gems and the Stone of Kings. First in this set is my brand new Ruby perfume, an invigorating and mysterious blend of hina, black amber, and summer orange. Each is bottled with rose quartz and garnet chip stones to open a channel between your Root and Heart Chakras, resulting in overall balance and healing.
Next, you will receive my Ruby votive candle. The red feather wax has been hand-blended with my perfume, then poured over a ruby chip stone. It dries in a stunning crystalline-looking glimmer, and the elegant label is original SG artwork, of course.
Then you receive an intuitive red rose mini smudge bundle. Each one is wrapped with either red rose petals or red rose buds. These add the powerful healing of rose into my white sage mini smudge bundles. So, I ordered the July set just in time for August. (HA!) No worries … it is a treasure trove of loveliness all the same.
The star of this set is definitely the Ruby perfume. I put it on and smelled rose, but it’s hina (henna!), the flower of which sort of smells like roses and chocolate. Spot on! It’s feminine and glamorous and passionate all at once.
The gifts of the crystal quartz and Dharma sample perfume just make it all that much more special. I recently became a Month of Magic subscriber … can’t wait to see what future sets hold!

This set is just lovely and of a really high quality. The ruby specimen is really special with black tourmaline and record keepers. Ruby perfume is divine. I had an old batch of Ruby from a couple of years ago, I think this new batch is perhaps even better! The smudge bundle is really sweet too and burns like crazy. Thank you SG, really loving these month of magic kits this year.
