I have been called to create my Pleiadian perfumes to honor and resonate with each of the seven major stars of the Pleiadian system. I am now pleased to offer you the third, Merope to honor the star of the same name. There will be a total of seven perfumes in this line, and each custom designed bottle will feature the star it is named for. And, the amazing part is, when you put all seven bottles together, they can be laid out to show the Seven Sisters constellation of the Pleiadian system.

The Pleiades are a cluster of dazzling stars which reside in in the constellation of Taurus, where they form the eye of the bull. You can spot the Y-shaped cluster in the night sky quite easily. With a telescope, you can see about 100 stars in this area. With the unaided human eye, you can see only a cluster of six or seven stars. Ancient legends tell of how the stars are the sisters and daughters of Atlas. Many people today believe their souls descended from The Pleiades before coming into their current lifetime, and will return to this constellation upon death. Working with Merope Pleiadian Perfume

In Greek mythology, Merope was a daughter of Atlas and Pleione, She was also wife to Sisyphus, a mortal man. She is the dimmest out of all seven stars, and is known as “the lost Pleiad.” This may be due to the myth that she was ashamed of having married a mortal man, and was thus cast out from her other sisters. It was told that she hid her face in shame, which attributed to her dimness. We find the appearance of the Pleiadian stars throughout history, and it is astonishing. In recent past, Alfred, Lord Tennyson, the 19th century poet, paid homage to the Pleiades in his poem Locksley Hall. And in ancient history, we find the Greek poet Hesiod (650 and 750 BC) mentions them several times in his Works and Days.

Whatever the work is you feel called to do with this blend, use it wisely.

Merope Pleiadian Perfume is a potent blend of herbal oils. With notes of cucumber, mint, and lime, this blend invigorates and refreshed your soul. These oils have been used medicinally for healing, in ritual, as incense, and perfume throughout history in sacred practice. Come explore the sacred world of herbs in my Magical Sabbatical online program. Anoint yourself with Merope for your ritual or meditation work when you are seeking Pleiadian connection and guidance.

Merope married Sisyphus and they lived on the island of Chios. She had five children: Glaukos, Ornytion, Almus, Thersander and Sinon. She is called the “lost Pleiad” because the star Merope is quite dim, and wasn’t seen at first by astronomers, or noted like the other six stars of the constellation. Anoint with Merope when you want to be true to yourself, and channel the story of your heart. Let this blend be a reminder that you don’t have to shine as bright as anyone else to be seen in your own beauty.

This listing is for one (1) bottle of Merope perfume, bottled with a chip stone for the added energies of self love. Your bottle will come to you lovingly wrapped with colorful sari silk.

Blessings of connection,

Athena
