When I put it on it felt like a hug, and I have not taken it off. It was a hug from Gaia that was needed more than I knew. The healing, and grounding energy from this brought me peace. There has been a lot of toxicity in my life in the past 3 years. Though I had a lot of support. I also had a “Friend” I was helping take advantage of me, and abuse me emotionally. The sad part is I should of seen it, I’ve been abused before. However when you’re in it, and especially when it’s your “Best Friend”, you are kind of blind to the whole picture. (I also think that since this time it was emotional not physical It was harder to recognize.) After years of defending how they treated me to everyone (Including my husband who tried to help me see), I finally stood up for myself. It broke my heart, but I was proud of myself. Proud that I was doing what was right for all of us. Including the “Best Friend”. (There are so many details I’m leaving out…) When I order from SG I meditate, and order off instinct. There is always a message somewhere in the order. This message I believe was reminding me that I am worthy of receiving love, respect, and appreciation. Also not to feel guilty for doing what I needed to do.

I purchased this bracelet because of it working with the Heart Chakra and reducing stress and having a grounding effect. It helps my PTSD and also helps my broken heart syndrome (when highly stressed my small anterior arteries will shut down as cortisol levels increase and mimics a heart attack) Wearing this bracelet 24/7 has seemed to help balance stress levels. It is another tool for me to use in helping with my self-care.

I’m a massage therapist for hospice patients and while I love love love what I do I have a habit of picking up the stress, sadness, uncertainty, fear and a whole host of other emotions that go along with the death process.
