How to work with your Root and Crown Chakra Alignment Stone Duo
When you use your Root and Crown chakra stone duo in chakra focused meditation work, they will open an energetic channel. This allows for the deepest healing possible. Laying down, place your Root Chakra stone (red) at the base of your pelvis or between your legs, and place the Crown Chakra gem (purple) one at the top of your head or just above it. Close your eyes as you begin to focus your breath, then beginning with the Root Chakra, visualize a spinning disc of red light at your Root. Focus as many deep, cleansing, pranic breaths as you need on each chakra before moving on to the next.
Your chakras will communicate with you, to let you know what they need. Move up through your system, visualizing each chakra in its vibrant spinning form. See each one brighten as you draw in each deep, healing breath, and breathe out all the dense heavy energy you’ve been carrying.
