The deeper magic of this Solar Eclipse Drum
Drums have been used in many cultures for centuries and are sacred to many spiritual traditions and practices. I work with mine in ritual and to initiate shamanic journey work for others. The drum is a powerful tool. Traditionally, women would lead ceremonies with the drum for the purpose of fertility and healing. And, the earliest historical record of a drummer was a woman — Lipaushiu, a Sumerian priestess c. 3000 BC.
- Pine is a powerful bringer of wisdom and longevity. The pine tree has been revered since ancient times for its qualities of strength and healing.
- Poplar brings reconciliation and emotional balance. It helps mend feelings and relationships and draws in spirits, facilitating higher-realm connection.
