Denver Find: Natural Rosasite

We’re BACK at the Denver Gem Show, and I couldn’t wait to share this find with you all! This RARE Natural Rosasite is absolutely radiant in its beauty and energy, and it brings extraordinary healing and rejuvenation on all levels: Mind, body, and spirit. I haven’t offered this stone for years and am so excited to bring it to you!

Rosasite is found in two regions: Morocco and the Ojuela Mine in Durango, Mexico. This specimen is from Mexico — and it’s extra special because rosasite from this locality grows with calcite, a stone of peace and understanding. Rosasite forms under very specific conditions when copper-rich minerals undergo an oxidation process, forming these distinctive blue-green tiny needle-like structures across the surface of the original deposit.
