I have a profound connection to our ancestors, so when I found these amazing, grade A pieces of tumbled petrified wood, I had to offer them to you. They are the very embodiment of ancient wisdom.
Petrified wood is a buried and fossilized specimen of a tree that lived and breathed millions and millions of years ago. While other fossils are represented by impressions, this is an actual 3-D representation of the original wood. It was formed when the wood became buried underground, and was preserved due to a lack of oxygen – a fascinating and awe-inspiring process that has formed these stunning pieces.
Petrified wood is an extremely grounding and protective stone, said to calm nerves, quell fears, and instill courage. Attuned to your lower chakras, this stone is commonly used for shamanic journeys and etheric contact with elders. This is your own piece of ancient wisdom. How magical is it that the earth has the power to create from that which is no more? These are one-of-a-kind stones, each with beautiful markings and detail. Definitely for my collectors out there!
This listing is for one (1) piece of tumbled petrified wood, about 1-2” in size, which will come gift-bagged in organza with a white sage leaf that you can use to clear energies before using. You will also receive a card describing the properties and recommended use of this stone in case you are offering it to another who has not worked with it before.
